- Usage and Dosage

The following amount should be taken within 30 minutes after eating
Adults (15 years +) : 1 packet, 3 times a day
11 - 14 years : 2/3 packet, 3 times a day
7 - 10 years : 1/2 packet, 3 times a day
3 - 6 years : 1/3 packet, 3 times a day
1 - 2 years : 1/4 packet, 3 times a day

- Warning
